From side project<br>to a brand that sells.
A professional brand refresh built around your existing logo, and a redesigned Shopify storefront that explains the subscription in one scroll and turns more visitors into subscribers, delivered as a Figma file ready to build before January 2027.
What we heard from you.
Based on our conversations, this is our understanding of where Kontent Konijn stands today and where you want to go. If we got anything wrong, tell us. This is the foundation the whole proposal is built on.
Challenges today
- Everything self-made for two years, no proper branding
- Headline typography hard to read on the website
- Subscription spread over several near-identical pages
- Own products coming, packaging needs a brand to stand on
Where you want to go
- A professional brand that keeps the logo
- A website that converts more visitors into subscribers
- One clear homepage that carries the subscription story
- A brand base for packaging and future ads
Our track record.
What's included.
Branding
- Your logo stays. We check how it works at small sizes, on packaging and on social, and add usage rules
- Moodboard, then two visual directions as bento boxes: a compact view of colors, fonts, design elements and how they look on a homepage hero, an Instagram post and a box insert. You pick one
- Color palette with HEX, RGB, and CMYK codes
- New typography with headlines that stay readable on mobile (Google Fonts or licensed fonts, Shopify-compatible)
- Brand elements (shapes, patterns, badges) and a clear role for your illustrations: we build on your illustrator's style and show where it carries the brand
- Full brand guidelines in Figma: logo do's and don'ts, color and type system, imagery and photo style, illustration rules, tone of the visuals
- Application examples that show the brand at work: packaging and box inserts, social posts, an ad, the newsletter and the website hero
- The base for your own product packaging, ads and anything your freelancers create later
Wireframes
- Low-fidelity wireframes in Figma for up to 3 unique pages: homepage (absorbing today's subscription pages), subscription box page (one template for the knaag, speel and snack boxes) and shop / collection page
- One simplified structure: the near-identical subscription pages fold into the homepage, so visitors understand the box, pick one and subscribe in one flow
- Notes on functionality (subscription picker, add-ons in the cart, sticky CTA on mobile)
- Wireframes provided in view-only Figma link
Web design
- Final UI designs in Figma for up to 3 unique pages, the same set as the wireframes
- Designed for Shopify: sections and blocks that a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme can build, so the handoff turns into a store without surprises
- Responsive designs for desktop and mobile
- Visual styling aligned with brand identity (colors, fonts, icons, imagery)
- Design components system (buttons, product cards, subscription cards, reviews, FAQ, newsletter sign-up), so the product page, cart, FAQ, contact, blog, legal and lead-magnet pages are built from the same parts without their own layouts
- Hover, focus, and active states for key UI elements
- Organized and labeled Figma file, ready for you or your Shopify developer to build from
Not included
- Copywriting and final content: Kontent Konijn writes the copy along the approved wireframes and provides it before the design of each page
- Packaging design for your own products: we quote it separately as soon as you send examples and specs (dimensions, print and folding details, text)
- Shopify development: Kontent Konijn builds the store from the Figma file, in the current theme or with a Shopify developer
- Custom checkout: the standard Shopify checkout gets your logo, colors and fonts through Shopify's own settings
- Ad templates and ongoing social assets: possible later through the design subscription you know from Dexter
- Third-party costs: font licenses, Shopify apps and theme, stock assets, billed directly by the provider

How we work.
7 weeks from kickoff to final delivery.
Each bar is a phase, one after the other. The brand comes first, so the website is designed in the new look from day one. Wireframes follow, and you write the copy against them while design starts. Assuming kickoff on 2 November (CW45), the complete Figma file is ready in the third week of December (CW51), before the holidays and in time for January.
Your investment.
Indicative pricing based on the requirements we understood so far, assuming 3 unique pages (to be confirmed together). Let's discuss your questions and feedback in detail. The scope above is covered in full; anything beyond gets flagged and aligned before work starts.

What we're counting on from your side.
The working assumptions the price and timeline are built on.
Onboarding & project kickoff
- Kontent Konijn completes all assigned onboarding materials (briefing documents, brand discovery questionnaires) before project kickoff
- Kontent Konijn provides all required assets (logos, brand guidelines, content, imagery, access credentials) before project kickoff
- Kontent Konijn writes the copy along the approved wireframes and delivers it before the design of each page
- Kontent Konijn shares existing illustrations, product photos and store analytics (top pages, conversion) before kickoff
Content & asset delivery
- Kontent Konijn builds the store in Shopify from the Figma file; questions during the build go through the designated channel
- Images compressed to less than 1MB; videos as mp4 or links to mp4 files hosted on the client's own server
- All content delivered (copy, images, videos) must be final and approved by the client prior to delivery
Feedback & communication
- Feedback happens in one fixed slot every Friday, since that is your working day for Kontent Konijn. We plan each deliverable to land before it
- All feedback is consolidated and communicated via the designated channel (Figma, Outlign or BugHerd); feedback outside of it cannot be taken into calculation
Access & responsibilities
- Kontent Konijn ensures timely access to all necessary third-party platforms (Figma, Shopify, brand assets) and remains responsible for related costs and terms
- If key stakeholders are unavailable for a prolonged period, the client notifies magier in advance and appoints a temporary point of contact
- No custom code or integrations beyond the explicitly listed scope
Iterations & additional work
- Each deliverable (design directions, moodboards, a batch of 3 to 5 subpages) includes up to two feedback and revision rounds
- An iteration is a round in which the client reviews and gives feedback on a deliverable or stage of a phase
- Revisiting an approved deliverable (for example a chosen brand direction) counts as an out-of-scope change. This keeps the project on schedule
- Additional iterations beyond scope: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
- Out-of-scope change requests: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
What clients say when we're not in the room.
As a VC-backed startup growing fast, we didn't have time for a six-month project. We needed someone fast, and magier proved they could deliver. Their Webflow expertise and past work impressed us, and in the end, we were super happy with the outcome. Magier was always on the project together with us - we felt like they were part of our team. I've never seen that in other agencies. They were fast, bold, and innovative. I would totally recommend them.
Working with Magier feels like having an entire design and web team plugged directly into our marketing engine. They move fast, they think with us, and they enabled us to execute ideas we simply didn't have the resources for before.
We partnered with Magier to relaunch our entire CI and website, and the experience was outstanding. The team delivered excellent work - communication and execution exceeded our expectations. If you want a website that stands apart with a uniquely creative interpretation of your CI, Magier is the partner to choose. Big thanks to the whole team! :)
I used maybe 5-6 other design/webflow agencies before finding Magier. All the usual ones you get FB ads for... I think I found Magier through my Y-combinator network... been super impressed with the quality of the design and Webflow development. Like, they've been able to do everything I threw at them. Also, they've worked well alongside our SEO agency and even provided many unsolicited speed improvements etc. Can't recommend them enough.
After our rebranding, we needed a partner to help us build a new website in Webflow - and Magier stepped in seamlessly. From day one, they were committed, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, tackling every challenge we faced with ease. Communication was always smooth and effortless, making the entire process stress-free. Thanks to their dedication, we launched our brand-new website on schedule, despite a tight deadline. It was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend the Magier team!
What a great pleasure it is to work with the design team at magier!! The team is very talented and customer focussed. From the moment you start working with them, it feels like a partner who is focussed at solving your problems. Their support post delivery was fantastic - helping quickly resolve any small issue that came up or in some cases doing some quick design revisions based on user feedback. In summary, if you are looking for a long term partner who keep you first, look no further!
